Shipping policy
At Dramoo Free LLC, every order is processed with care and made by hand. Because many of our products are custom-created, shipping times may vary based on the item type, current workload, and event schedule.
Processing Times
Custom & Made-to-Order Items (3D prints, HueForge pieces, sublimation items, DTF apparel, resin, custom stickers, etc.):

Typically ship within 5–14 business days.

Larger or highly detailed print jobs may require additional time.

You will receive updates if your order requires extra production time.
Ready-to-Ship Items:

Ship within 2–5 business days.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship through USPS, UPS, and occasionally FedEx depending on rates, speed, and package type.
Shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout.
Tracking numbers will be emailed when the order is shipped.
Local Pickup (If Offered)
If local pickup is available at checkout:

You will receive a message when your order is ready.

Pickup must occur within 7 days unless otherwise arranged.
Delivery Issues
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
If your package is:

Delayed: Please check the carrier tracking first.

Marked as Delivered but Missing: We suggest checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.

Lost: Contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim.
We cannot issue refunds for orders that are marked as delivered.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

You may request a reshipment (additional shipping charges will apply).

Refunds cannot be given for custom items.
International Shipping
If enabled, international buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and import duties.

We take great care when packaging each item, using protective materials to ensure your order arrives safely.
