Refund policy

 

At Dramoo Free LLC, every product is crafted with care and often fully customized just for you. Because of the highly personal and made-to-order nature of our work, our refund and exchange guidelines vary depending on the type of item purchased.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom items include (but are not limited to):
3D prints, HueForge wall art, sublimated products, DTF apparel, resin pieces, stickers with custom names or colors, proof-approved designs, and any item made specifically to your request.

  • Once digital proofs are approved, all custom orders are final.
    We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after approval because the product is produced exactly to the confirmed design.

  • If the finished item does not match the approved proof (wrong name, wrong colors, incorrect design), please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will remake or replace the item at no additional cost.

Non-Custom / Ready-Made Items

For non-custom, ready-to-ship products (such as general stickers, pre-made 3D prints, or standard items without personalization):

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at the customer’s expense.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, a refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will replace the item or issue store credit depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

  • Custom orders can be cancelled before proofs are sent.

  • Once design work begins or proofs are delivered, a cancellation may require a design fee deduction.

  • Orders already in production cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost or delayed packages caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) are outside our control, but we will help you file a claim.

  • We cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance products, discounted items, and giveaway items are non-returnable.
